AS OF 8/1/2020 if you order READY TO SHIP with preorders or products in production, we will hold your order until all products are in. If you pay $10 in shipping and we can ship your items separately without going over in shipping charges then we will do so. Shipping is very high so we suggest placing orders for RTS items separately! We have RTS, PREORDER, and IN PRODUCTION collections now.



Returns and exchanges will not be issued unless it is a shop error or there is a defect in your merchandise. Please be sure to measure your babe's foot to ensure sizing. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SHOES NOT FITTING. If you have sizing questions you can reach out to us to be sure! In the event something is wrong with the order, kindly reach out to us VIA EMAIL and we will send a return label to you, and figure out the best way to make sure everything gets fixed!



Glitter is a favorite in every babe's wardrobe! Please note that glitter is NOT GENUINE LEATHER, so it is normal to see a few pieces here and there. If you ever see crazy amounts of glitter coming off, or shedding, please contact us! We suggest not using the glitter shoes for play time, rubbing them against concrete, etc. Hard wear and tear on anything glitter will cause the glitter to come off. We do advise to not clean your glitters with abrasive chemicals. We suggest using soap and water with a toothbrush with gentle circle motions and then dry them immediately after.

Our turnaround time is listed under each item description. Usually TAT to us is 30 working days from the date the order is placed. We update constantly on items in our VIP group and in our heading if anything changes from the original date specified. RTS items ship within 1-3 days from your order date. ALL ORDERS PLACED WILL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE IT IS SHIPPED, and a shipping email will be sent to the email used when placing the order! Once an order ships it is out of our control. If you have delivery or shipping issues we suggest contacting your local post office first! We do ship internationally but please note that we are not responsible for any other fees that your country may charge, such as customs, or duty taxes!
